Davis Rosen of Edinburg, Virginia is the first Stamp Challenge Winner of 2023! Davis said of the 25 sites he has visited that Heartland Museum and Carrie Chapman Catt Girlhood Home were two of his favorites! He also said that all the people he has met in small Iowa communities have been very welcoming. Davis left us a review at the museum:"Incredible job putting this museum together. The very best I've seen in 50 states!"
